Due to the war in Ukraine, more than a thousand Ukrainians have already lost their lower limbs — both soldiers and civilians. The need for prosthetics has become one of the most urgent humanitarian challenges.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, thousands of Ukrainians require modern prosthetics and rehabilitation to return to their everyday lives.
Bevar Ukraine supports injured Ukrainians who come to Denmark for treatment.
To support wounded Ukrainian soldiers, Bevar Ukraine, together with its partner “Club Ukraine,” organized a charity tour of the Ukrainian music band Druha Rika.
Two concerts in Vejle and Copenhagen raised 150,000 DKK for veterans’ prosthetics.

Bevar Ukraine supports Ukrainian veterans who come to Denmark for medical treatment and prosthetics under the Medevac program. We assist with information and documentation, provide financial and humanitarian support, offer psychological assistance, and coordinate the work of volunteers and interpreters.
From the beginning of the program until autumn 2025, Bevar Ukraine has supported 138 veterans and processed more than 1,000 requests from patients and their families. Support our projects aimed at veteran rehabilitation.
