DK-UA Career HUB
DK-UA Career Hub is a program by Bevar Ukraine, created to support Ukrainian professionals in Denmark on their path to integration into the local labor market.
Since 2023, we have been helping participants gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to build successful careers, while strengthening bridges between Danish companies and Ukrainian professionals. The knowledge and experience acquired will benefit participants not only in Denmark but also upon their return to Ukraine — contributing to its recovery and development.

Our participants are qualified Ukrainian professionals with diverse experience in fields such as business and administration, IT, engineering, education, social sciences, and design.
They are motivated, highly skilled, and eager to contribute to the growth of Danish companies.

For participants
The DK-UA Career Hub program has been created specifically to support the career development of Ukrainians in Denmark — and, in the future, in Ukraine. We offer the following opportunities:
Intensive Business English classes twice a week for 4 months.
Lectures on CV preparation and job interview techniques.
Networking with Danish companies and professionals.
Individual mentoring from experienced specialists in Denmark.
If you are from Ukraine, currently living in Denmark, looking for an office job, have at least a B1 level of English, and want to advance your career — and later achieve even greater success in Ukraine after the war — join us by filling out the registration form.
For mentors
We collaborate with mentors — Danish and international professionals who voluntarily support Ukrainians. They help participants present themselves effectively in the job market and foster the development of their professional networks.
As a mentor, you can:
Join a community of mentors and program participants.
Take part in seminars and webinars as a speaker.
Offer internships, project collaborations, or employment opportunities.
If you are a professional with experience in building a career in Denmark, have an established professional network, and wish to share your knowledge and connections — we invite you to become one of our mentors.
For companies
After completing the program, participants understand market challenges and are highly motivated to grow within Danish companies.We have a community of around 200 active job seekers with expertise in the following sectors:
