The international AWS Summit has written about the success story behind the virtual integration advisor AI Viktor and the strong collaboration between Bevar Ukraine and AWS.
Together with a fantastic team of volunteers, we have created an AI assistant designed to help Ukrainian refugees in Denmark navigate everyday life.
AI Viktor provides guidance on topics including the healthcare system, education, employment, housing, social benefits, legal questions, and integration into Danish society.
What began as a volunteer initiative has grown into a platform that has already helped more than 10,000 Ukrainian refugees in Denmark, has over 4,000 active monthly users, and has answered more than 100,000 questions.
