About Us

Who we are
Bevar Ukraine is a humanitarian non-profit organization registered in Denmark. We unite Ukrainians and Danes in a common mission – to support the civilian population affected by Russian aggression, to contribute to the reconstruction and development of Ukraine, and to build a civil society.
History and geography of the organization
Bevar Ukraine was founded in 2014 by Ukrainians living in Denmark. At that time, Bevar Ukraine collected and sent emergency aid to the eastern regions of Ukraine affected by Russian aggression. First of all, to hospitals and orphanages.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, since February 2022, we have expanded the scope and geography of aid.

Protection for the future
We provide humanitarian, psychological and legal support to the civilian population of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the most vulnerable groups: children, the wounded, displaced persons, families of the deceased.
We believe in the future of a democratic and socially responsible Ukraine. Our programs are aimed at developing solidarity, transparency and mutual support within the country.
International law as a guide
We act on the principles of international humanitarian law (Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948, European Social Charter).
We support the UN’s global goals, in particular the fight against poverty, and work to develop a strong civil society in Ukraine.

Our activities
We send functional beds, medical equipment, and medications to hospitals in Ukraine that lack even basic resources. Every month we collect and transport humanitarian cargo to Ukraine — food, clothing, school supplies, etc.
We provide psychological and socio-legal support to Ukrainian refugees in Denmark.
Transparent partnership
We are grateful to our partners in Denmark and Ukraine. Bevar Ukraine works thanks to the combined efforts of caring people, volunteers, companies, municipalities and simply friends of Ukraine.
100% of the funds raised are directed to the needs of Ukraine. Financial reporting is publicly available.
