Welcome to the Bevar Ukraine Leadership Academy

We created this space in Denmark to unite, inspire and support Ukrainian youth. Our mission is to transform bold ideas into social projects that create lasting impact.

Format: 8 Saturday workshops, company visits and project implementation

Our Projects

The Bevar Ukraine Leadership Academy brings together six key social projects in which participants can develop their skills, implement projects and create change. Each track opens unique opportunities for creativity, collaboration and impact.

Questions & Answers
1. How can I join the Academy?

To join, simply write to us on any social network (Instagram, Facebook or TikTok) about your desire to participate. We will send you a link to a short form to fill out.

2. Who can become a member of the Academy?

The Academy is open to Ukrainian youth aged 15–30 who live in Denmark or have a connection to the Ukrainian community. The main requirement is a desire to grow, act and create change.

3. Is prior experience required?

No, it is not. The Academy is designed so you can learn everything along the way — through participation in projects, workshops and teamwork.

4. Which tracks can I explore?

We have six activity tracks: culture, media, IT, communications, support for Ukraine and fundraising. You can choose the one that best matches your interests.

5. How much time is required?

It depends on the track and project stage. On average — a few hours per week. We value flexibility and understand that everyone has their own schedule.

6. Can I join if I don't live in Copenhagen?

Yes, but on the condition that you can travel independently, as we organise meetings in Copenhagen.

7. Is this a volunteer project?

Yes, the Academy operates on a voluntary basis. But it provides invaluable experience, connections and the opportunity to bring your ideas to life in real projects.

8. Can I join later if enrolment has already closed?

Yes! We are continuously enrolling participants for future iterations throughout the year. Fill out the form and we will get in touch.
